HEAVY DUTY LOADER – ROBOLOAD

ASTech developed a Heavy Duty Loader known as RoboLOAD which can be used for machine tending for 3-Axis or 5-Axis CNC Milling Machine for many brands such as Makino, Mazak, DMG Mori, Hwacheon, YCM, etc.

The RoboLOAD can handled up to 250kg part with the maximum Pallet size of 500mm x 500mm x 230mm and programmable from 4 to 12 stations. The Zero Clamp System is convertible to Schunk, Erowa, 3R, Hoffman, etc. depending on customer’s requirements.
