PROJECT ENGINEER
– URGENTLY REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Arrange project kick start meeting with customer to finalise detailed project specifications upon project awarded.
- Plan internal project schedule for team members to meet committed delivery date.
- Arrange internal meeting upon confirmation of new project to kick start project.
- Update of project status to customer, top management and team members.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Conduct brainstorming and design review session with team members to ensure design outputs meet project specifications.
- Ensure project documents generated by team members follow company ISO standards.
- Continuous review, enhance and improve project planning and implementation cycle.
- Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.
- Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry.
- Liaise with customers & suppliers.
- Conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT).
- Manage and monitor individual project cost to work within given budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and coordination.
- Strong technical background in advance factory automation.
- Able to proven ability to plan and control project timeline.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven ability to complete tasks given independently.
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
– URGENTLY REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop IoT connected electronic products and systems based on project specifications and customer requirements.
– Lead project to ensure design meet project specifications.
– Generate software flow chart, IT network architecture and BOM lists.
– PC software development and modularization.
– Integrated line software development in Industry 4.0 environment.
– Conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT).
– Conduct internal and end-user software training.
– Update project progress to department head.
– Create internal written knowledge transfer material.
– Create user manual for software application developed.
– Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.
– Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation.
– Liaise with customers on software design and flow.
– Troubleshoot and debug system and software issues.
– Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.
– Train, supervise and assist Software Engineer.
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Communications/ Network, Computer Engineering or equivalent
– Preferably having experience in the Advance Manufacturing field, company will provide the OJT, training for Robotic and E3 series and support for upgrade skills course training.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows/Web/ Mobile/Data-driven, Real-Time Application Development, Embedded Firmware/Software, IoT System Architecture, Network Programming
– Familiar with programming language such as C#, C/C++, javascript, SQL
– Familiar with web and industrial control protocols such as Web Service, OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP, RFID interface
– Familiar with industrial control system hardware such as PLCs and CNC machines, AGV, Automatic Storage System.
– Experience in full software development cycle, able to write clean, testable code is a must
– Highly motivated, result-oriented, team player
– Able to learn on the job, work independently, multi-task and perform under pressure

SERVICE & APPLICATION ENGINEER
– URGENTLY REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Assist in robot teaching and PLC program setup
- Assist in machine assembly, electrical wiring, site installation test and troubleshooting
- Conduct factory acceptance test (FAT) and site acceptance test (SAT)
- Conduct machine operation and maintenance training
- Carry out after sales support, machine repair, service and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming and machine troubleshooting
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
– URGENTLY REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Generate electrical circuit, panel design, system architecture, networking layout and BOM list based on project specification.
- To control and update electrical drawings for all projects.
- Collaborate with mechanical team to determine cable requirements and routing plan.
- Monitor, check and troubleshoot electrical assembly as per design and carry out I/O test with assembly team.
- Provide technical support and train assembly team on electrical wiring standards.
- Electrical design modularization and standardization.
- Ensure electrical design comply to ISO and Singapore electrical standards.
- Create internal written knowledge transfer material.
- Create electrical manual and part lists for machines designed.
- Conduct internal electrical design and circuit design software usage training.
- Update design progress to department head.
- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation.
- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.
- Issue purchase request of electrical hardware and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.
- Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics Engineering or equivalent.

- Generate layout drawings, design approval drawings mechanical assembly drawings, detailed dimensional drawings, pneumatic circuit and BOM lists

- Create operation and maintenance manual for machines designed
- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline
- Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation
- Train, supervise and assist Mechanical Designer
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of factory automation design experience.
- Proficient in 3D modelling software

SENIOR CONTROL ENGINEER

- Create operation and maintenance manual for machines designed.
- Ensure design completes within given timeline.

Requirements:

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Machine assembly, electrical wiring, I/O test and site installation.
- Assist in machine repair, service and maintenance.
- Update progress of given tasks to department head.
- Ensure given tasks complete within given timeline.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and customers on site installation job.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness after daily job.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE in Engineering.
- Basic knowledge in mechanical, electrical or pneumatic system
